The use of this website and its Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws of New Zealand. Water and Landscape Solutions reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
This website is operated by Water and Landscape Solutions ltd. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Water and Landscape Solutions ltd. Water and Landscape Solutions ltd offers this website, including all information, tools and Services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
Pricing
All product prices are listed in New Zealand dollars and include GST. Payments will be processed in New Zealand dollars. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, for any reason. Special pricing provided for bulk or project-based orders is only valid if all quoted items are purchased together. Quotes issued by Water and Landscape Solutions are valid for 30 days; after this period, pricing must be re-confirmed. All quotes are based on specified quantities, and any changes may require a revised quote.
Information displayed on Website
We make every effort to ensure that product details, images, and pricing are accurate; however, unintentional errors may occur. If any inaccuracies are identified, we reserve the right to correct them and, if necessary, refuse or cancel any order. If you have any concerns about the information provided, please reach out via our contact form for clarification.
Product Range and Availability
While we strive to fulfill all orders, Water and Landscape Solutions cannot be held liable if a product is unavailable or cannot be supplied. If a product is unavailable or your after a different variant feel free to reach out to our team to see if we can help at all!
Payment
Full payment must be made at the time of order confirmation. The total amount will be charged to your selected credit card, and transactions will appear as "WLSOLUTIONS" on your statement.
Freight Costs and Delivery Charges
Orders over $200* (excluding GST) qualify for free delivery within New Zealand. Orders below this amount will incur a standard handling and shipping fee, which will be added at checkout.

Freight for Pressure Pipes & Certain Products
Some items are not included in the free freight offer and will be subject to a calculated shipping charge based on the delivery location and product type. The estimated freight cost can be viewed in the “My Cart” section before finalizing your order. Certain product pages also include regional shipping cost tables.
Delivery times vary depending on product availability and destination, but most New Zealand addresses can expect delivery within 1 to 5 business days. Rural deliveries may take longer, depending on courier services.
International customers
Customers outside of New Zealand wanting to place an order and confirmation as we cannot guarantee that we can ship to them and they should contact us for a shipping quote, as free freight promotions do not apply to international shipments. Orders will only be dispatched once payment has been received unless the customer has an approved credit account. Water and Landscape Solutions reserves the right to withhold delivery at its discretion.
Returns of Products/Refunds
You may return new and unused items sold by Water and Landscape solutions within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging, in new condition. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error; otherwise, it is up to you to ship it to us.
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to your courier. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Courier Expenses: If you make an ordering error or change your mind and wish to return items, you will be required to pay the shipping expense. Also, if you return the large portion or an entire order and we paid the shipping, we may deduct costs from your refund.
Returns and Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Products must be in their original packaging and in resaleable condition. If the return is due to an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs; otherwise, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds are generally processed within two weeks after we receive the returned items, and you will be notified via email once the refund has been issued.
Return Shipping Costs:
If you ordered incorrectly or changed your mind, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
If you return a substantial portion of an order that qualified for free shipping, we may deduct the initial shipping costs from your refund.
Non-Returnable Items:
Products that were invoiced more than 30 days ago.
Items that are damaged, used, or not in a resaleable condition.
Customer Information and Privacy
Any contact details or data provided to us may be retained for customer service, marketing, sales, or product recall purposes. We are committed to keeping your information secure and will never sell or distribute it to third-party marketing companies. However, your details may be shared with service providers assisting with installations or repairs.
Warranty
Warranty periods vary by product and cover defects resulting from manufacturing faults or faulty components. If a product can be repaired, we are not obligated to replace it. Per consumer law, any replacement product will carry only the remaining warranty period of the original purchase. Labour costs are not covered under warranty.
Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper application will void the warranty. Water and Landscape Solutions reserves the right to investigate any warranty claims to determine the cause of failure. A product fault within the warranty period does not automatically guarantee a replacement.
Return to Base Warranty: it is the customer’s responsibility to return any faulty product to our service centre or designated service provider for assessment.
Customer-Provided Designs and Specifications
We are not responsible for any errors, costs, or damages resulting from inaccuracies in designs, measurements, or specifications provided by you or any third party. We are under no obligation to verify the accuracy of information supplied to us.
If your order is meant to be integrated with another product or system, it is your responsibility to ensure compatibility. By submitting designs or instructions, you confirm that they do not violate any third-party intellectual property rights.
