You may return new and unused items sold by Water & Landscape Solutions within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging, in new condition.

To arrange a return please fill out the contact form below to get in touch with our team including your order number and reason for returning.

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to your courier. We will notify you of your refund via email once we've processed the returned item.

Courier Expenses: If the return is a result of our error we will pay the return shipping costs. If you make an ordering error or change your mind and wish to return items, you will be required to pay the return shipping expense. Additionally, if you return a significant portion or your entire order, and we initially covered the shipping costs, we may deduct those expenses from your refund.

Products NOT acceptable for return:
A. Goods that have been invoiced from more than 30 days.
B. Goods that are dirty or damaged which are unsuitable for resale.

We aim to get your order to you as soon as possible!

Our processing time is 2-3 working days.

And as for delivery times depending on the parts ordered and the location of delivery, but you can typically expect delivery between 2 to 5 working days (these times are to New Zealand addresses and exclude rural delivery addresses, this is dependent on your rural delivery service).

This means products including pressure pipe, coils or larger volumetric items are not included in the freight free calculation.
