Orders
Warranty
Goods attract a warranty period which may vary from product to product. Warranty covers only defect as a result of manufacturing defect or faulty parts. We are not obliged to replace products if they can be repaired. In accordance with consumer laws, replacement product will only carry warranty for the duration of the warranty period of the original product purchased. Warranty does not cover any labour costs. Abuse or neglect of a product, or product being used outside of its intended use or application will void any warranty. We reserve the right to obtain any information in order to determine cause of failure. Failure of a product within the warranty period does not automatically constitute or guarantee warranty.
Goods are sold on a return to base basis. This means that it is the customer's responsibility to either ship the goods back to our address for inspection, or to take the goods to our nominated service dealer.
Please Note: We may ask for photos of the product for identification and inspection.
If you want to return products, we recommend taking photos as soon as possible, especially if the reason for returning the product is due to damage. For the photos, please take clear images of the product as a whole as well as details on the product (e.g. If damaged, a photo of damaged area. If incorrect size an image of the size if written on the product).
Can I cancel my order?
We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.
Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder if you make an ordering error or change your mind and wish to return items, you will be required to pay the return shipping expense.
Is GST included in the pricing?
All product prices are displayed in New Zealand dollars and ARE inclusive of GST. All transactions will be billed in New Zealand dollars. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time and for any reason.
Special pricing offered for bulk orders depends on the specific products being ordered and is only valid if you proceed to purchase the entire volume of items that were quoted for you.
Product Availability?
All efforts will be made to fulfill any order placed with Water and Landscape Solutions, however we accept no responsibility or liability should we be unable to supply the goods ordered for any reason.
I ordered the wrong product
It happens! No stress at all, as long as you are able to return it to us in original packaging, we are more than happy to help swap it to the product you originally wanted!
How do I know what pump to buy?
We know there is hundreds available, to help out in making your decision we have all the data sheets available here for you to look at so you can compare the different pumps!

There are products that I require and they are not on your site, can you help?
Yes please get in contact and hopefully we can either put the products on the site or send pricing and details to you directly.
Can you help me source a part?
We have access to many suppliers, so if you are after a special part or something within your original mechanism is broken, get in touch with the team and we will try our best to get you any part you need!
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is the Returns policy?
Returns policy
You may return new and unused items sold by Water & Landscape Solutions within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging, in new condition.
To arrange a return please fill out the contact form below to get in touch with our team including your order number and reason for returning.
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to your courier. We will notify you of your refund via email once we've processed the returned item.
Courier Expenses: If the return is a result of our error we will pay the return shipping costs. If you make an ordering error or change your mind and wish to return items, you will be required to pay the return shipping expense. Additionally, if you return a significant portion or your entire order, and we initially covered the shipping costs, we may deduct those expenses from your refund.
Products NOT acceptable for return:
A. Goods that have been invoiced from more than 30 days.
B. Goods that are dirty or damaged which are unsuitable for resale.
Do you ship overseas?
As of right now we are not able to ship internationally but do get in touch with our team and we can see if we can help at all!
Only half my order has arrived?
Thats ok! Because we want to get everything to you as quick as possible, sometimes whilst waiting on suppliers they might arrive in multiple packages, Don't stress though if your worried about arrival times reach out to our team and we can get you tracking numbers associated with your order so you can keep an eye on them!
Payment
Payment Information
Full payment will be made on confirmation of your online order. Payment in the amount of your total order will be deducted from your nominated credit card account. “WLSOLUTIONS” will appear on the cardholder's statements for all transactions through this website.
Do you have Afterpay?
Yes we do!, You can just check out as normal and select Afterpay as your payment method!
Can I pay with Credit Card?
Yes, you absolutely can.

Click and Collect
Do you have Click and Collect?
Yes we do, we have a store in Greenlane and you are welcome to come anytime during normal working hours to pick up your order.
When your order has been placed the pick up location will be included inside of your confirmation email!
How soon can I pick up my Click and Collect?
The answer varies depending on what you may have ordered it can be anywhere between 1-4 days!
How long will you hold my Click and Collect order?
We will hold your Click and Collect order for 28 days, if you do not pick it up in this timeframe, a refund will be sent to your original payment method.
